Barbadillo Fino Sherry is a dry sherry from Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Cadix/Spain. It is made from Palomino grapes after 3 years of maturation under the yeast "flor" layer where wine gets its characteristic from.  Dry, salted and yeasty is what this muscatel wine is famous for. Unique wine for food and ideal for seafood, Iberic ham and tapas. To be served ice-cold.
