One of the best wines in Ochoa winery, made with Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It ages for 8 years in the winery and its first  2 years in French/American oak barrels. Potential for another 10 years after it is bottled and released. Perfect to enjoy grilled meat, beef and pork stews, and cured cheese
